Myndlift provides a powerful solution to some of the major barriers we see in neurofeedback. It allows patients to train in an affordable and convenient way that increases treatment compliance and consistency, resulting in great outcomes.
A step-by-step guide
1. Sign up for Myndlift, as you usually would
Make your purchase with a credit or debit card.
2. Complete a health assessment
After your purchase, follow the link on the confirmation page to take a private health survey to determine eligibility. A licensed provider will review it, and if you're eligible, you'll get your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) in 1-2 days.
3. Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
Follow the instructions emailed to you with your LMN to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 1-2 weeks.

Can I continue training forever or do I need to pay extra?Yes! If you paid the full amount you can continue using Myndlift as much as you want. No extra payments needed. For the three-payments plan, you need to complete all thee payments to maintain your access to the app.

Do I need to pay a one-time payment AND subscription?Not at all. You can choose to pay a one-time fee or opt in for the 3 payments plan. Read more about them here.

What Muses are supported?We only support Muse 1 (2016 model) and Muse 2. If you already have a Muse, you can check if it's compatible here.

How are the sessions held with the Neuro Coach?You can train with the app whenever you want of course. To have live sessions with your Neuro Coach, you will receive a special scheduling link from us to choose a time that is convenient for you. You can get the consultations through an online video call, or phone call. The first one is to review your goals and deploy a protocol, the next 2 (total of 3 included) are for you to receive clinical feedback regarding your performance. After this, if you wish to have more consultations, you can book them and pay extra ($75/session). Otherwise, feel free to train as much as you want!

How much does an additional consultation with my Neuro Coach cost?Your Myndlift package includes 3 complimentary consultations, and if you need extra ones, the fee will be $75/session (20 minutes). Please note that you can continue training with Myndlift even after you've had all of the 3 sessions with your Neuro Coach.
